A friendly, clinical pharmacy in the heart of Urmston
Davyhulme Pharmacy has served Urmston families for years from our shop at 179-181 Canterbury Road. We blend everyday prescription dispensing with private clinical services delivered by GPhC-registered pharmacists.
What makes us different
We are not a chain. Decisions about clinics, opening hours and the time a pharmacist gives to each patient are made locally in Urmston. That means longer consultations, the same pharmacist looking after your weight-loss plan month after month, and a private consultation room for sensitive conversations.
Our team
Every clinical service is run by a pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Our Superintendent Pharmacist is Muhammad Adnan (GPhC 2073652). The pharmacy itself is registered with the GPhC under premises number 1091237 and you can verify us on the official register at any time.
Who owns the pharmacy
Davyhulme Pharmacy is owned and operated by U-Chem Private Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House 07955115). The same group also runs Timperley Pharmacy, which gives us shared clinical protocols and access to a wider pharmacist team for cover during holidays.

Anyone using our weight-loss service is reviewed in person every month. We adjust dose, screen for side effects and tweak the plan rather than just handing out repeats.
Plain English, no upselling
If a service is not right for you we say so. If a cheaper or NHS option exists we point you to it. The aim is repeat custom in Urmston, not a one-off sale.
