Terms of use

Terms and conditions for using the Davyhulme Pharmacy website and booking clinical services in Urmston.

Who runs this website

This website is published by U-Chem Private Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 07955115, registered office at 179-181 Canterbury Road, Urmston M41 0SE. Davyhulme Pharmacy is the trading name and a registered pharmacy with the General Pharmaceutical Council under premises number 1091237.

Clinical content is for guidance only

Anything you read here is general information for adults in the United Kingdom. It does not replace a personal consultation with a pharmacist or doctor. A pharmacist will always assess you in person before any treatment is supplied. If you are unsure whether a service is right for you, ring us on 0161 748 3016 first.

Bookings and prices

Where you book a private service online (for example weight loss or ear wax removal) you are reserving a consultation slot, not buying a guaranteed prescription. If the pharmacist decides a treatment is not safe or suitable, you are refunded the cost of any medicines but the consultation fee is retained to cover clinical time.

Refunds and cancellations

Cancel or reschedule a private appointment free of charge up to twenty-four hours before the slot. Missed appointments without notice may incur a small administration fee. Medicines supplied cannot be returned for refund (legal requirement) but if a clinical issue arises please contact us within seven days.

Intellectual property

Text, images and design on this site are owned by U-Chem Private Limited and may not be copied, republished or used to train artificial intelligence models without written permission. Logos of NHS, GPhC and medicine manufacturers remain the property of their owners and are used here for identification only.

Links to other sites

We sometimes link to nhs.uk, NICE, the GPhC register or our sister sites including urmstontravelclinic.co.uk. We are not responsible for the content of those external pages.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, please tell the duty pharmacist on the day or email davyhulmepharmacy@gmail.com. We follow the NHS Patient Advice and Liaison process and you can escalate to the GPhC or the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman if you are not satisfied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
