Pharmacist review at four weeks. The decision to climb to 1.7 mg or hold at 1 mg is taken together.
When to seek urgent advice
If you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer, or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2, Wegovy is not appropriate at any dose.
